Acoustic decoupling

High fire-resistance

Customer decoupling point late in construction process

Using the Slimline floor system, the user can decide on the final floor layout and applicable building installations up to a very late stage of the construction process. These choices can be postponed because (sections of the) subfloor can be installed at the last moment.

When applying Slimline, the construction process can be set up much more efficiently. Construction is faster using dry, self-supporting prefabricated elements and the amount of materials supplied to the site is reduced. The elements are instantly walkable, which means finishing can take place before installing the subfloor.
