The World Trade Center is situated in the heart of the city of Rotterdam. Following the closure of the shipping exchange, the now available space has been redeveloped into luxury offices. For this purpose, an additional floor has been added to the building.
In order to minimize the load on the existing structure, the Slimline floor system has been applied. In addition to the low self-weight, the Slimline floor also meets the acoustic and fire resistance requirements.
