Slimline Buildings and COVID-19

Dear relation,

In light of the recent developments and measures due to the spread of the new coronavirus COVID-19, we can imagine that you too are currently dealing with questions and uncertainties. We are in the same boat together; everyone will have to contribute where possible. That is why I would like to personally inform you about the measures taken within Copiam Group, the possible consequences for the services of Slimline Buildings and the production and delivery of the Slimline, KanaalBreedPlaat and Villavloer constructive floor systems.

Our team is here to help

At this time, our primary concern is the health and safety of our customers, suppliers, partners and employees. That is why we have implemented various measures, in line with the advice from our national agency for health and environment (RIVM). Although our office staff has been reduced, your contacts and our office can be contacted as usual. Our production department also continues to operate, albeit under modified conditions. We offer additional facilities and provisions to consciously ensure personal hygiene. We reduce physical meetings to a minimum and cancel all non-vital visits and trips. Copiam Group has all the facilities installed to organize remote (video)meetings on request.

Stock levels are still normal, but delivery times could increase

Slimline Buildings sources part of its raw materials from abroad through Reesink Staal. For valid reasons, temporary restrictions have been imposed on the free movement between countries over the past week. Our stock levels are currently sufficient. At this time we cannot predict the period the restrictions will apply or whether the current measures will be expanded. Therefore, we unfortunately can't rule out a situation where we won't be able to offer the delivery times you've come to expect from us for all products in the coming weeks.

Deliveries continue, but under conditions

Together with our transport partner, we've decided that deliveries of ordered products can continue. However, we would like to ask you to respect the RIVM guidelines. This means, for example, that our drivers will not shake hands and will try to keep a distance of 1.5 meters. Our office and production locations are currently only accessible to our staff and -under strict conditions- suppliers.

We'll obviously keep a close eye on future developments. Where and when necessary, we'll take additional measures to provide you with the best possible service. Through cooperation, we will get through these unprecedented times together. Thank you for your understandig.
